A little bit about me…

Hey, I’m Lauren Bennion!

I’m a wife, mom of two, certified birth and postpartum doula, and a passionate baker. I received my BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and then started my family. I hand picked my birth team to support me and simply put: giving birth and becoming a mother transformed my life.

So how did I get here? Motherhood inspires me and is what fuels my passion for birth work and motherly care. Unfortunately, the media portrays birth in the least ideal way. The truth is birth does not need to be filled with fear. I strive to help change society’s birth mindset by normalizing birth and empowering the birthing mom. I long to aid you in your journey of discovery, to help inform you of your choices, and to guide you and your body to do what it was born to do.
