As your doula, I want to help you feel supported and empowered to make decisions. Every family is different in their needs and birth preferences, so we will figure out together what it is that you need in order to have your desired birth.
Free consultation & two prenatal meetings
Available via text throughout pregnancy
Support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, two hours postpartum support
Help make decisions on your provider and place of birth
Educated birth plan
Referrals (chiropractor, acupuncture, etc.)
Postpartum Support
The transition into parenthood is a sacred time. It’s jam packed with learning how to care for yourself, while also meeting the needs of your baby. Postpartum care is very flexible and will be tailored specifically to each family’s needs.
Daytime only (three hours at a time)
Emotional Support
Breastfeeding Support
Care for newborn while parents care for themselves (shower, eat, sleep, etc.)
Light housekeeping and meal prep
